Hi, I have a 2004 BMW Z4, and the rain sensor, for automatic wipers, has broken. Apparently, you need to replace the whole windshield to fix this (if you know different, let me know!), so my question is... is it possible for me to claim for this under my insurance? MY CAR AND THE OTHER CAR INVOLVED WERE PARKED IN THE PARKING LOT WHERE WE BOTH WORK WHICH IS PRIVATE PROPERTY.I DON'T KNOW IF THAT MATTERS,BUT I'VE HEARD IT DOES.WE CAME OUT AFTER WORK AND HER CAR WAS INTO MINE,BUT EVERYONE THOUGHT MY CAR ROLLED INTO HERS.THERE ARE NO WITNESSES I DON'T HAVE INSURANCE AND SHE DOES.AM I AT FAULT REGARDLESS?NOONE KNOWS WHAT HAPPENED AND MY CAR WAS IN PARK AND WHEN SHE MOVED HER CAR THE COPS PUSHED AND PUSHED ON MINE AND IT DID NOT BUDGE.AND THERE WAS NOT ANY SIGN OF SOMEONE BUMPING INTO EITHER OF OUR CARS.IT DIDN'T DO MUCH DAMAGE,BUT SHE TOLD ME THE ESTIMATE IS FOR OVER 2,000. THE ONLY THING THAT HAPPENED WAS,IT LEFT HER SIDE MIRROR HANGING AND CRACKED HER WINDSHIELD,BUT SHE ADMITTED THE MIRROR WAS ALREADY BROKEN.HOW DO I KNOW THE DAMAGE THAT WAS EVIDENT WASN'T ALREADY DONE?PLEASE SOMEONE TELL ME DO I HAVE ANY GROUND TO STAND ON IN DEFENSE??BY THE WAY I LIVE IN TENNESSEE!!!

Okay i am 18 and have never had my license before and am going to be getting it at the end of this month...soon we are going to start getting insurace quotes for my car, we have been talking about what would be the best way to go about getting the cheapest insurance...so would it be best to put the car in my name but then just be added to my parents insurance and have me as the primary driver OR would it make a difference if we put the car in one of my parents name and then had me listed as the secondary driver for the car ? I am thinking of setting up a new business where I would offer car tours of the Cotswolds, I was wondering if there was any special car insurance (or/and other insurance/licenses) that I would need? I have Nissan x-trail 04 number plate. I have been on comparison websites, put in my occupation as travel and tourism then tour guide and it comes up with lots of quotes, but when I ring them to confirm that they are actually covering the correct things they say that they don't cover it. So does anyone please have any specific things that I will need in order to be fully/properly covered? Note: Everyone tour I do is pre-booked, I can not be 'hailed' on the street to do a tour, so I am not a taxi.

She has a rather large (presumably benign) tumor in her belly that makes her look 4 months pregnant.
